K-LMS is an e-content management system and hence follows the content specific standards as listed below:

Security Standards

  1. ISO/IEC 27001: K-LMS is an Intellectual Property of ConneXRM. The platform is managed and hosted by Apar in India. Apar is an ISO / IEC 27001 certified Organization and follows security and operational guidelines diligently.
  2. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption: Implementing SSL encryption is crucial to secure data transmission between users and the LMS. K-LMS follows the SSL certificate issued by Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA and issued to ConneXRM.

User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Standards

  1. User-Centered Design (UCD): K-LMS is designed with the end-user in mind, providing an intuitive and efficient user experience. The entire interface is designed with due care and consistency across the platform.
  2. Responsive Design: K-LMS interface is accessible and usable across various devices and screen sizes. It has been responsive on any browser in desktop, laptops, mobile devices and tablets

Data Privacy Standards

  1. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): To protect the privacy and personal data of users, we follow GDPR guidelines. The entire system is hosted on Google Cloud and all the data is present in India only
